Summary
This book by David Wiesner is another that has no words to it, yet it is quite the enchanting story. At the beginning, the boy is on a field-trip with his class and teacher to the Empire State Building. They go up to the top, and it's completely covered by clouds. The boy becomes friends with a cloud, who takes him on a wild adventure to a sort of "train station", Sector 7, only it's for the arrival and departure of clouds. The clouds show him patterns and designs for different clouds, and he makes his own--different types of fish. The clouds he designed are made, and the human officials running the station set out to find who made these new sea-creature-clouds. Once they find the boy, they have one of their normal clouds take him back to the Empire State building where he rejoins his classmates. As they're leaving the building, the cloud leaves him. On the bus ride, he and his classmates see the sea-creature-clouds all around in the air. When he goes home that night and gets ready for bed, his cloud friend comes! The last page in the book is of the boy sleeping in the cloud in his bedroom, and you can see the fish clouds through his window.

The pictures in this book are incredible. Of course, since there are no words in the story, the illustrations are very detailed. The colors are very light and the style of the illustrations is overall very soft. Absolutely beautiful paintings--children will love them!

"Sector 7" is also a Caldecott Honor Book.

I love David Wiesner's books, they're so unique and I definitely loved and enjoyed this book! It's so imaginative and I think kids would absolutely love it.

Recommendations
I would recommend this book to anyone. The illustrations are great, you can use your imagination, and have fun reading it all at the same time. Great book!
